Return Policy

Our focus is you, the customer. If our products do not meet your highest expectations, send it back to us and we will make it right. We designed this company with you in mind, so it makes sense to do the same with our return policy.

If you would like to return or exchange your order follow these steps.

 

1. Ensure that shoes are unworn and contain all original packaging.

2. Please mail all returns to:

3. Email tracking # and order # to matt@wmgibson.com and mention whether it is a return or exchange, and which size and color you would like your order exchanged for if applicable.

4. Receive your new pair.

  • Limit 1 return or exchange per order

  • $10 restocking fee will be deducted from refunds on returns 

  • Item must be unworn and contain all original packaging to be eligible for a refund

International Customers

We are thrilled to serve customers outside of the United States. We are happy to facilitate an exchange or return if our products do not meet your highest expectations. However, you are responsible for paying for round trip shipping to exchange or return your order.
