Return Policy
Our focus is you, the customer. If our products do not meet your highest expectations, send it back to us and we will make it right. We designed this company with you in mind, so it makes sense to do the same with our return policy.
If you would like to return or exchange your order follow these steps:
1. Ensure that shoes are unworn and contain all original packaging.
2. Email your Order ID # to matt@wmgibson.com, and mention whether it is a return or an exchange, your reason for the return or exchange, and which size and color you would like your order exchanged for.
For returns: we will provide a Return Mailing Label please print this label and stick it on the package to return back to us. Note: postage is not provided on the return mailing letter. You must purchase and produce the return label back to us.
We will also provide a Return Authorization Slip, which contains a barcode and item description for the products being returned. The slip must be included INSIDE the return package alongside the items.
4. Receive your new pair.

30-Day Return Window:
You may return your item within 30 days of its arrival. After 30 days from the date of delivery, you are no longer eligible for a return.
Final Sale Products:
Products purchased on sale are ONLY eligible for exchange. No returns will be accepted for sale products.
International Customers
We are thrilled to serve customers outside of the United States. We are happy to facilitate an exchange or return if our products do not meet your highest expectations. However, you are responsible for paying for round trip shipping to exchange or return your order.
