How do they fit?

Our loafers have a relaxed fit, so we recommend sizing down by 1 full size from your usual sneaker size (think Nikes).

Most people's sneakers often run larger because they can be tightened with laces, but loafers are different—they should fit snugly at first to account for natural stretching over time.

How should I care for it?

• Use a bristle brush or clean cloth to scrub any dust or dirt away.
• Apply shoe polish at least once a month (and more often if you wear these shoes on a daily basis) to protect the leather against water, revive its color, and give it a clean shine.
• When the leather starts to look dry and cracks start to form, use a leather conditioner to restore the natural moisture in depth. This can also be prevented by applying a leather cream more often.
• We highly recommend using shoe trees when storing your shoes, as it will absorb the moisture from the inside and preserve the shape of your shoes over time.
  
  

Returns & Exchanges

Return Window

You may return your item within 30 days of its arrival. After 30 days from the date of delivery, you are no longer eligible for a return.

Bona Fide Returns

If you would like to return your order, please follow these steps:
 

1. Ensure that shoes are unworn and in the original packaging.

2. Email your Order ID # to concierge@wmgibson.com and mention the reason for the return.

For returns: we will provide a Return Mailing Label. Please print this label and stick it on the package to return back to us.

NB: postage is not provided on the return mailing letter. You must purchase and produce the return label back to us.

We will also provide a Return Authorization Slip, which contains a barcode and item description for the product(s) being returned.

The slip must be included INSIDE the return package alongside the items.  

4. Important details:

• Limit 1 return per order
• $10 restocking fee will be deducted from refunds on returns 
• Item must be unworn and in all original packaging to be eligible for a refund

Exchanges

If you would like to exchange your order, please follow these steps:
 

1. Ensure that shoes are unworn and in the original packaging.

2. Email your Order ID # to concierge@wmgibson.com and mention the reason for the exchange, and which size and color you would like your order exchanged for. 

3. We will provide a Return Mailing Label. Please print this label and stick it on the package to return back to us.

We will also provide a Return Authorization Slip, which contains a barcode and item description for the products being returned. The slip must be included INSIDE the return package alongside the items.  

4. Receive your new pair. Please note:

• Limit 1 exchange per order
• Item must be unworn and contain all original packaging to be eligible for an exchange.

Final Sale; Non-returnable Items

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns for products purchased on sale. These products are ONLY eligible for exchange.
